Meet the Sisters
Meet Alison…
Alison Goldstein Lebovitz has never met a microphone she didn’t like - and luckily for her, the feeling’s mutual. An Emmy-nominated host of The A List with Alison Lebovitz on WTCI/PBS, she also co-founded and serves as president of One Clip at a Time, a nonprofit inspired by the Paper Clips Project that empowers students to transform compassion into civic action. She is the author of Am I There Yet?, a collection of candid essays and life-inspired stories.
Equal parts storyteller, humorist, and cheerleader for change, Alison brings her signature blend of wit and wisdom to stages across North America as a motivational speaker, and has served as a TEDx presenter, coach, and emcee. When she’s not talking (or writing about talking), she can be found in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where she and her husband are joyfully empty-nesting after raising three sons and discovering that freedom is just another word for more travel. alisonlebovitz.com
Meet Amanda...
Not your typical anything, comedian Amanda Goldstein Marks can turn the minuscule or mundane into a monumentally funny shtick. She performs stand-up comedy, produces and hosts comedy shows, and co-hosts the award-winning Sis & Tell Podcast with her sister Alison Goldstein Lebovitz. Amanda is also one of the featured comedians in the national tour of Moms Unhinged. She has opened for Jessica Kirson and Judy Gold, and has been featured in the Ladies Room Comedy Festival, Red Clay Comedy Festival, and the North Carolina Comedy Festival.
Her comedy is like your favorite BBQ brisket—both unquestionably Southern and Jewish. Amanda lives in Decatur, Georgia, with her husband, their three teenage kids, two dogs, and a colony of dust bunnies. mallofamanda.com
